Rules and Regulations
The Great Canadian Bucket List Grand Prize giveaway contest (the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Esrocking the World Media Inc. (the “Contest Organizer”, EWM).
How to enter:
Limit of one entry per person. Limit of one prize per entrant. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The Contest is open to all permanent legal residents of Canada EXCEPT Quebec, providing they have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of registration , and that they are not employees of Rockies Heli Tours Canada and the participating agencies, their advertising or promotional agencies or the independent judging organization or family members with whom these employees are domiciled. All entries become the property of the Contest Organizer.
- Two (2) tickets for a twenty (20) minute scenic helicopter ride;
- One (1) hour stop for snow shoeing
- One (1) souvenir photo;
The approximate retail value of the Rockies Heli Tours Canada Giveaway is three hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$300).
Your prizing is subject to availability. Must be added to an existing group to fill the seats. Travel must be completed between October 1 2014 and March 1st, 2015. Extensions will not be permitted. Advance notice of redeeming your prize is 14 days.
How to win
The entrant must fill the registration form and must check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. A random draw for the prize will be held among eligible registrations by the Contest Organizer and the end of September, 2014. Chances of winning will be dependent upon the number of eligible registrations received. By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the Contest rules and agree to the decisions of the Contest Organizer with respect to all aspects of the Contest.
In the event that the person whose registration has been drawn does not qualify as the winner for any reason, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to draw another registration until a person is declared the winner under the rules of the Contest.
By entering the Contest, all entrants agree that the Contest Organizer reserve the right to substitute other prizes of equal or greater value should any portion(s) of the Prize become unavailable for any reason, and to cancel the Contest at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, printing or production errors pertaining to the Contest promotional materials, unavailability of the prize due to situations with prize suppliers which are beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Organizer or if any virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Organizer or its participating agencies corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
EWM, Rockies Heli Tours Canada, and their participating agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Contest Organizer or its participating agencies on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials relating to the Contest. Entrants release the EWM, Rockies Heli Tours Canada, and their respective employees, agents and representatives from any damages that could arise as a result of entering or attempting to enter the Contest, or accepting and using the Prize.
The Contest Organizer and its participating agencies reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify the Contest rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
